Our in house full service grinding shop offers a 1 week turn around on most carbide tooling.
Carbide tipped saw blades are washed in a ultrasonic tank to remove saw dust, pitch, and other dirt accumulated on the blade. From there they wil be sharpened on one of our five automated saw grinding machines. Once your saw is sharp we coat the teeth with a protective wax covering.
Carbide tip replacement is also done to renew a broken saw blade. This is done with regard to the value of the blade.
Router bits are done in a similar manner. Each bit will be cleaned by hand, sharpened in one of our router bit grinders. Each router bit will be returned individually dipped in the protective waax coating.
Shaper cutters are also cleaned by hand, sharpened on one of our cutter grinders, then dipped in the same protective coating.
